Breakfast “panzanella” -
Chunks of toasted ciabatta, spinach, beets, black forest ham, and avocado, all topped with a runny egg and a quick sriracha aioli.
*Panzanella, or bread salad, is a traditional Italian dish from Florence that utilizes stale bread and tomatoes. I use the term loosely.
